GREETINGS,
just getting to know us from 1994 to present
TRUST is a Gaither style Gospel Music Quartet and ministry of
our Lord, Jesus Christ. By introducing our Lord in song, we
strive to encourage the believer while reaching out to the
nonbeliever. It is our calling to serve Him through this ministry
in music.
“Trust” was chosen as a possible name for the group, and
after a lot of discussion with friends and Bible searching; we
found no other name suitable. The name for the quartet was,
without question, confirmed in the next Wednesday night
church service when the Pastor said, "Tonight's message is
Proverbs 3:5. "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean
not unto thine own understanding." With excitement and joy in
our hearts, we knew we had a name!
Trust later became Trust Quartet, a gospel group comprised
of four singers and our families, who are seeking to grow more
in God's likeness as we share by ministering in song. The
ministry of Trust Quartet was dedicated to the Lord on March 6,
1994 and as a group we are still going strong and as individuals
we all strive to follow the leading of the Lord. Our hearts are at
peace and our soul rejoices in being a chosen vessel.
We Purpose…to praise God (Psalm 100), encourage the
believer (Exodus 15:1-21), and to reach the lost
(Psalms 96:1-4) through the ministry of song and sharing
....to praise God.
God has made this group possible, as known today, by
releasing those who have passed through the doors, and by
using those of us who have chosen to become a continuing
part. God started planting seeds a long time ago in each
heart to overcome obstacles and changes in our lives,
preparing us for the ministry he has chosen for us today.
Being from different backgrounds and areas of the country,
we all came together at just the right time to have the
marvelous opportunity to minister through song. With the
results, being what we think to be, "Sounds of the Century
in Southern Gospel Singing", mixed with a desire never to
sing any song that would bruise our relationship with our
Lord. In all things we sincerely desire to glorify Christ, our
Lord and Savior.
We Believe The scriptures both Old and New Testaments
to be the inspired Word of God, without error in the
original writings'; the complete revelation of His will for
the salvation of men and the Divine and final authority
for Christian faith and Life; in One God, Creator of all
things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three
persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; In the death,
burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ; in the imminent
return of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Recordings and National Releases: We have eight
projects. #1. Trust Debut; #2. Jesus, What A Name;
#3. Trust Reflects; #4. Just Singing; #5. Behind These
Doors, #6 Walk That Road, #7 Trust; Loving Life, and our
newest project, #9 "For God And Country."
These projects were recorded in Nashville, TN, and
various Florida studios. Trust also has two single National
Releases from Nashville, "Calvary Came Through" and
"The Way In The Manger", a Christmas Song written
especially for Trust, recorded in Nashville at the J.D.
Sumner Studios and released Christmas of 1998. CBS
taped a live program featuring Trust for national TV
viewing and Trust has appeared on several live radio
programs to praise God (Psalm 100), encourage the
believer (Exodus 15:1-21), and to reach the lost
(Psalms 96:1-4) through the ministry of song and
sharing. ...to praise God.
TODAY; TRUST QUARTET, is presented to you by
Gary Franklin, Spence Decker, Buzz Beasley & Rick Costine.
We bring to our concerts over 150 years of experience
collectively, enabling us to present a meaningful
program in a professional manner. Our presentation is
enthusiastically blended with humility and excitement,
keeping our Savior in full focus. The music of Trust
Quartet is a mixture of old and new songs that span
the entire range of the southern gospel genre. We are
capable of providing a complete service in song, and
by inviting us to sing in your church, campground,
concert hall or any gathering; you will be helping this
ministry to succeed in our mission and His purpose.
